Beverley Gutfreund is an expert in Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques. She offers Aryurvedic Wellness Consultations which awaken the balance and harmony in our lives by identifying our own mind-body type or Dosha and building a personal wellness regime. She also specializes in the Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation Technique. Beverley works in both the United States and England teaching practical approaches to enhance harmony and focus and reduce stress.
Ayurveda is the most ancient form of healing originating in India thousands of years ago. It continues to be one of the most powerful and sophisticated mind-body health systems. More than just a mere system of treating illness Ayurveda is the science of life, Ayur means life in Sanskrit and Veda means life wisdom or science.
In Ayurveda we believe that the body and mind are inextricably linked, nothing has the power to heal the body more than the mind. Meditation is just one of the tools Ayurveda recommends along with a healthy diet, a comfortable daily routine and an excercise program to provide the balance we all deserve.

PSM is a Chopra Centre Meditation Technique that is easily learned in four short sessions over a period of days. Individually selected sounds known as mantras are given in accordance with the vibration the universe was amking at the moment of your birth. Once your primordial sound has been established, you will be taught how to use it on a daily to reawaken balance, tranquility and compassion with you.
